Wednesday lunches are where we plan the work. Nights like this are where we remember why we like each other.
Join fellow Rotarians, spouses, partners, children, and guests for a summer evening at Hunter Wright Stadium, home of the Kingsport Axmen of the Appalachian League.
Bring the family. Bring a friend who has been curious about joining the club. Bring your baseball glove if you are feeling optimistic about foul balls.

- Date: Thursday,July 30, 2026
- First pitch: 7:00 p.m.
- Where to meet: The Rotary group will gather at the main gate at 6:30 p.m.
- Tickets: The club is covering tickets, food and beverages.
- Rain plan: Rain or shine. Our picnic area is covered.
Why This Matters
The best Rotary friendships are not always built during formal programs. They are built at events like this—passing children down the row, debating a called strike, or sharing a bag of peanuts with someone whose committee you have served on for three years but whose family you have never met.
Those informal connections are the connective tissue of a strong club.
For anyone who is new to Rotary or considering membership, this is one of the easiest ways to join us, meet members, and get a feel for who we are.
